What should I wear to a yoga class?

Anything comfortable, such as a T-shirt and shorts or leggings, loose trousers and a top. It is recommended however that you do Yoga in bare feet.


Can I eat before class?

Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach, so leave at least three hours after a main meal, or two hours after a snack.


I have an injury, a bad back or other health problems. Can yoga help?

Many students start practising with back pain or other common ailments, and they find yoga helps. Tell Robert about any injuries or health problems before the class starts.


Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes, you will need to bring your own mat but all other equipment is provided.
