This privacy policy is with reference to Robert Ashman Iyengar Yoga “RAIY”.  9a Orchard Close Cambridge CB24 8TN. References to “my website” or “the website” are to www.robertashmanyoga.co.uk.

What information I collect and how:

1.Information including your name, phone number and email address when you first attend a class at RAIY.

2.If you decide to attend my classes I shall ask for additional information about you, including your date of birth, address, and name and contact details. I collect information relating to your class attendance. This information is securely stored on my computer.

3.Your email communications I have sent you.  

What I do with your information:

Any personal information I collect from you will be used and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) May 2018 .  

The details I collect will be used:

1.To register you for classes and workshops, and to process payments.

2.To keep a record of your attendance.  

3.To communicate by email with you. These email communications include, information about classes and workshops and reminders about classes and workshops you have signed up for. When your next block of classes is due to start and any last minute changes to your regular classes.  

Your Rights

You have the right to unsubscribe from any future communications and the removal from my mailing list.

You have the right to request a copy of any information that I hold about you within one month. If you would like to access this information please contact me.

You also have the right to request the removal of any information that I hold about you.
